Board Resolution and Policies
The fight against doping in sports is a global effort of which the Philippines is a signatory starting with the 2003 Copenhagen Declaration on Anti-Doping in Sport, the 2005 UNESCO General Conference, the Ratification of the International Convention Against Sports by the Philippines in 2010, and the full representation and participation of the Philippines in the 2006 Southeast Asia Regional Anti-doping Organization (SEA RADO) - regional body responsible for implementing WADA doping controls and anti-doping education in the SEA region.

Organizational Structure
The entity designated as possessing the primary authority and responsibility to adopt and implement anti-doping rules in the Philippines, direct the collection of , manage test results as well as the conduct of hearings at the national level, and implement designed anti-doping education programs, and undertake social research relevant to anti-doping efforts.
